PT. Medco Sarana Kalibaru (MSK) is a subsidiary of PT. Medco Downstream Indonesia, a subholding of PT. Medco Energy International.
MSK is the first fuel terminal operation of MedcoEnergi, using its capacity of 22,500 KL in Tanjung Priok. Currently, its main distribution business is oriented to retailing of fuel product, mainly High Speed Diesel (HSD) to the corporate clients throughout Indonesia. 
With international standard quality of product, competitive price, on time and constant delivery service, MSK is now progressively developing its distribution operation area to Kalimantan and Sumatera.

1.  Collection Staff
Key Responsibilities:
        ·        Review and identify record of customer payments, before Sales Order is approved.
        ·    Create and publish daily report of Accounts Receivable (AR) and coordinate the collection of information from the relevant sections.
        ·        Perform collection to the customer in accordance with the standards specifiedcollection firms via phone / email.
        ·        Release issuance of a default letterand joint visits with sales to customers for thesettlement of billing problems.
        ·        Monitor & report customer payment trends by presenting information daysoutstandingcollection dayscost of fundsand the pattern of late payments for thepurposes of decision-making change in Terms of Payment and General Customer Profile

Qualifications:
v  Male, age between 25 - 33 years old
v  Min. Diploma Degree in Economics or other related subject
v  Having min. 2 years experience in the same position or related position
v  Having professional apperance with high level of integrity and hard working attitude  
v  Having type A or C driving license
v  Having own vehicle will be an advantage

2.  BSS HR-Local Support Staff
Key Responsibilities:
·       Act as a liaison staff for Business Shared Service – Human Resources Administration function in business units.
·       Coordinate the on boarding process of new hires or relocated employee.
·       Administer the transition management process in business units by collecting the company assets from the resigned or terminated or relocated employee.
·       Administer business travel requisition (SPD number and advance) and conduct travel expenses verification according to company policy and perform data entry into system to ensure expenses can be processed accurately and timely.
·       Administer medical reimbursement & obtain verification from local medical provider.
·       Administer employee time & attendance record including overtime, leave, sickness, etc.
·       Deliver the monthly tax report to local tax office
·       Attend to and process customer enquiries and request by applying defined standard operating procedures and escalate un-resolved issue to the appropriate management level.

Qualifications:
v  Male or female with age between 23 - 28 years old
v  Min. Diploma Degree from any major
v  Computer literate  
v  Having min. 2 years experience in HR administration will be prefered
v  Familiar with SAP systems application is a beneficial
v  Having professional apperance with good communication skill, high level of integrity, and hard working attitude  
v  Sounds knowledge of HR principles/ employement law
v  Willing to be located on Kalibaru, Tanjung Priok - Jakarta
